We now just use the Hines version of Interviews as maintained and distributed by Michael Hines, author of the NEURON simulator. The latest version should be available for download at: the neuron ftp site. Currently it is iv-15.tar.gz, which is also available at the PDP++ ftp sites listed on the main page.
Pre-built interviews libraries are also available for supported machine types on the ftp server. Included with these libraries are the "installed" header files.
These are files:
pdp++_VERS_ivinc.tar.gz (header files)
pdp++_VERS_ivlib_CPU.tar.gz (libraries for CPU type)
where VERS is the version number (currently 3.0)
NOTE: If you are upgrading an earlier version to 3.0, you MUST upgrade the interviews library (and header files, if you are compiling).
